Once our system places the call, your customer is required to enter a PIN number in order to validate the transaction. They interact in real time, ensuring that the person who is visiting your website and attempting to make a transaction is the same person who answers the phone.  This same process can be used to confirm other procedures, such as a sign up process, a change of password, or a login.
